1oz Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 each sourdough, sliced and lightly toasted
4 ounces Roast beef, shaved
1oz Red onion, shaved
1 each Tomato Slice
1 each Romain leaf
1. Mix the cheese, and the sour cream together and spread onto the bread.
2. Layer the beef, onions, tomato, and lettuce between the bread slices.
3. Place the two pieces of bread together.
4. Brush with butter and grill.
5. Cut into quarters.
