I have said before how much I love fresh pasta but to me it just has a great taste to it.
For the spinach pasta I blended a hand full of spinach and three whole eggs in the blender then I used 3/4 cup of semolina flour and 1/4 cup flour mix. Then I ran it through my old school hand pasta maker. I Have a KitchenAid mixer that I love one day I will finally buy the attachments for it. For the roasted bell pepper pasta roast bell peppers either on the grill or the eye of the stove char the outside on all sides then wrap in plastic wrap until cool. When cooled remove char from outside remove seeds from inside and put it in the blender with the three eggs same recipe as the spinach. The old school pasta machines are cheep I bought mine from amazon.com for 20 bucks and I love it.
